NFC Brass prepaid residential water meter with card
At present, domestic residential water meters mainly include the following: card prepaid water meter, wireless remote water meter, wired remote water meter. Card prepayment water meter transfers pre stored data through CPU card or logic encryption card. This method is reliable for pre stored data, but it brings many problems to the supervision of water company. It is unable to monitor the status and consumption information of user water meter in real time, resulting in many management loopholes. Both wireless remote transmission and wired remote transmission are managed by centralized reading through network. The cost of networking is relatively high, and the impact of networking on the environment is relatively large, which brings inconvenience to the maintenance of the system. Moreover, power consumption is also a technical problem of centralized meter reading, and there is no effective solution for the time being.
In order to improve the shortcomings of traditional prepaid water meters, starting from the working mode and protocol architecture of NFC(Near Field Communication), the system power consumption is greatly reduced by using the wake-up mechanism of NFC protocol, and a prepaid smart water meter with NFC Communication function is designed and implemented. The user does not need to move to the water charge charging point to recharge the water charge or inquire the water consumption at home. The management department can also get the status of the water meter in time and grasp the detailed historical water use data of the user. It can not only meet users' demand for quick payment, but also facilitate water department management.
